Graduated in Civil Engineering, Contractors and specialized in Designing & Constructions, Planning and Execution of work. With the vision of providing the end-to-end services of Architecture Designing, Project Management, and Turnkey Projects at one point of contact he started Vivant Group in 2004 which serves Earth work projects, residential apartments, independent homes, gated communities, commercial spaces and hospitality sector. And mean while Partner in Siri Infra till date.

Career History & Strengths: Ever since his graduation, he has been vigorously practicing civil engineering. Working with a couple of the best companies in the industry like Shri Ramchandra Mission, Chennai participating in construction of Bapuji Memorial Ashram in their premises and Genesis Architects, Hyderabad , L&T Construction Hyderabad Metro Rail Project made him specialized in

   Pre-stressed Concrete Beams with long spans and Overhead Water Tank reservoirs.

  Project coordination involving preparation of drawings, client liaison, bill of quantities, inspection of project sites and coordination with various other consultants, clients and Builders.

His journey of 19 years in Designing & Construction has completed over 300 projects which include Earth work projects, irrigation, Independent houses, gated communities, residential apartments, commercial complexes and malls, high-rise buildings all over in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Goa, Visakhapatnam, Guntur and Nellore cities to the complete satisfaction of the clients.

He has good project alliances with the many giants in the industry like Aparna constructions, trendset builders, Aditya constructions, Keerthi Builders, Jayabheri constructions, AP TRANSCO etc.,

He has done good projects for few of the most popular contacts like Chiranjeevi residence, Srikanth’s residence in cine field and Parvathamma, Venkatramana etc.,
